The human body is capable (on average) of metabolizing approx. an ounce of alcohol within 4 hours time. Thus; If you measured them out, and paced yourself to drink eight 1 Oz. drinks every 4 hours, depending upon your body's ability to metabolize them, it might not show up as measurable amount at the end of the 32 hours period. NOW: It all depends on how the drinks were spaced out over the 32 hours. More towards the front of the time period - the better. More towards the end of the time period - worse. All this is an entirely academic exercise however. The Breathalyzer measures the amount of alcohol in a person's body AT THE TIME THE TEST IS GIVEN, and will give an accurate reading of that persons level of intoxication (or lack thereof) MEASURED AT THAT POINT IN TIME.
