A person of interest is not yet a suspect but the police has interest in talking to them for various reasons, i.e. they knew the victim, they were at a specific place, etc... when a crime occurs, the police wants to gather as much information about it as they can and being a person of interest doesn't necessarily mean that the police is suspicious of them. Not yet anyway.
Now, if a person is arrested, it means that the police may have found something about them that could link them to a crime. They are no longer a person of interest but become a suspect.
depends where you are in the world when you get arrested
what is considered tax interest?
No. The person that has been arrested must be present.
Need more info. What is meant by "de-arrested?" Why was the person "de-arrested?" Why would that person now be concerned about being arrested again?
he got arrested for shooting a person
i think about a billlion
No you cannot be arrested before
Anyone who is arrested needs a lawyer.
Yes. Any "unwanted touching" is considered to be an assault.
They are finger prints of that person who is getting arrested.
Yes, if your over 18 and shove someone. That person can get charged and arrested for assault. My father got arrested for it, even in our own home. Not sure if it's like that everywhere but here in TN you will get arrested for it. That is, if the person that got shoved have him/her arrested for that reason.
