There are exceptionally few legitimate reasons for any adult to be be doing this- and I won't state them to equip predators, the rare legal ones know their reasons.
The adult posing as a 14 year old will be driven by some form of pathology. The most common will be some level of sexually inappropriate motive which isn't ever in any young persons interest
No matter how seemingly low key a contact attempt may look like on the surface, there is so much known about these predators that no body is fooled.
Yes, the label of a sex predator can and will be given for that posing, and appropriately so.
Having claws and being a big predator I reckon.
tearing the predator's skin is offense and biting is offence and showing its teeth and growling is defense.

It's called cyberstalking and it is a crime. If you or someone you know is being cyberstalked you need to contact FBI via their online site for internet crimes. Google IC3 Complaint (Internet Crime Ctr.). You can fill out your complaint and send it instantly, electronically. Good luck.
Neither. A scavenger eats dead animals for food. A predator kills animals for food. Bumble Bees do neither of these things, they collect and eat plant nectar and plant pollen for food. They are herbivores.
No. Slander is a civil offense, not a criminal offense. The police would not take action in a civil complaint.
I'm assuming that you are in the USA, so if by saying the obstruction of correspondence is referring to your mail, contact the Postal Inspectors at your Post Office. They are very serious about any kind of obstruction within the mail system. You can call them, (the federal numbers are in the front of the phone book) or contact them via the Internet. If you have an idea who is obstructing you, let them know. They will take care of it.
