Can a person or persons sue the government for misuse of tax money and lying to its citizens?

If you had the resources to prove your case and you had the resources to get it into court. if you had a chance of wining you would probably end up dead, failing that the government would legalise their midoings and clasify it under a new national security act.

In the USA the short answer is yes, but you should also vote out those who continually waste your family's money. The problem has become that those who they are wasting your money on also vote, and they vote for people who will continue to waste your money on them.

You can bring a lawsuit, and anyone who did would enjoy enormous support from the fed up tax payers.

Given that the progressive/socialist "Democrats" who passed the failed Recovery and Reinvestment Act (aka: The Stimulus) didn't even bother to read the bill they voted for, waste can be proven in court by using the ineffective economic metrics generated by the TRILLION dollar spending bill. Don't let other answers discourage you. Its your country and you have every right to hold its government accountable for wasting your family's hard earned money.
