Can a person still press charges if some one all ready pressed charges on them?

Question isn't entirely clear. If party "A" brings charges against party "B" - party "B" can bring charges against party "A" if they can convince the police or the prosecutor that an offense actually took place and they are not just doing it as retaliation.

Unlawful convictions are not rare. Guilt by association. If you do more than plan a robbery, do not even take part in it, you can be convicted of any murder that inadvertently happens during the robbery.

Added: 'Conspiracy to commit' - 'aiding and abetting' - are but two examples. You do not have to actually commit the offense yourself to be charged for being complicit in it.

If someone has committed a crime against you, then charges can be pressed against them, even if you had previously been charged with committing a crime against them.

A person cannot press charges for someone else, only the victim of the crime can. A person can report the criminal conduct for investigation.
