Aslong as their not standing on your lawn staring thru the windows its not a problem but they can sit in their car accross the street and watch you but the easy way to get rid of them is to just call the police and say something like..... suspicios vehicle with a man staring inside houses or something like that. Chance are they wont be stalking you that much anymore
