Can a convicted felon bow hunt in South Carolina?

No, a convicted felon cannot participate in any activity involving a gun. Convicted Felons do not have the right to bear arms. Nor can they vote, or run for office. It is also hard for them to find a well paid job. Most employers will not hire convicted felons. !st, a bow is not a gun. 2nd, a convicted felon CAN vote, once they are off paper, (released from all supervision) Don't know about running for office... seems they would fit right in though. 3rd, there are well paying jobs out there for convicted felons, not all employers are so closed minded that they won't give a guy/gal a chance.

Can a convicted felon hunt with a bow and arrow in Utah?

A bow is not classified as a firearm in Wyoming, so yes you are able to. Crossbows are a different story as they are classified as a firearm in some states. You would have to check your state laws for that classification, but as long as you do not use a firearm and follow bagging limits and all regulations, yes.

I Was convicted of two class c felonies in 2005 in Washington can you bow hunt or black powder hunt in Oregon?

You may NOT hunt with black powder arms. They are specifically classified as firearms under US Code, Title 18, which prohibits their ownership or POSSESSION by convicted felons. For Bow & Arrow - in Oregon it may depend on whether your sentence is complete - or you're on parole - and/or what kind of parole (PPS?). Best to check with your PO (if you have one) or local sheriffs office or state police barracks.
