Nope, once it's on there, it's on there. Only way you could get it off is if you got your criminal record wiped clean, which almost never happens.

You can apply for a pardon and have your record cleared if you have completed your sentence, have not had any subsequent legal trouble and meet the conditions of the pardon. Usually this is a process that takes a year.

Present a petition/motion to the court requesting your record be 'expunged' of the record of the offense. You must have totally completed your sentence. You must present a motion to the court requesting it, accompanied by your reason(s) for wanting to do so. A judge will review your case, and your motion, and make a decision either granting or denying your request. An expungement will only remove the record of your offense from the "public" portion of your record. It is not a "pardon," as far as the legal system is concerned you will always remain 'convicted' of whatever crime you were charged and tried for.

Felony charges are hard to get removed. I would speak to your lawyer about removing it. Depending what it is it might be harder to remove then others and I am pretty sure removing it varies depending on where you live.

However, be advised that there are some offenses which will NEVER be expunged. These are usually so-called 'capital offenses' such as; murder - manslaugheter - homicide - felony sex offenses, and/or ANY sex crime committed against a minor - and crimes of domestic violence.
