Remember what happened to cows when they started eating beef parts and left-overs from the slaughter houses with their 'feed'? They started coming down with Mad Cow disease. If you want 'Mad Man's disease (or woman's) with mush for brains in the end, I say marinate it first.

There are some proteins and stuff that goes straight through you but most will digest.

(Don't be put off by that guy/gal above they are talking about the prion disease kuru or laughing sickness, as long as you don't eat the brain and don't live on human you should be fine=) )
