I'm no lawyer but...
Yes, I expect so.
If you pay additional rent for a pet, then "reasonable" wear and tear would be expected and there should not be added charges for that.
If the pet does something beyond normal wear and tear, let's say they chew up the drapes, wires or repeatedly poop on the carpet, then you'd expect this to be the tenant's responsibility to make right.
no
high rent charged by vanrensselaer
Yes, unless you gave a last month's rent deposit.
If rent is payable then it is liability for business but if rent is already paid then it is not liability but it is expense.
When moving it is typically cheaper to just rent a truck. When renting a truck you are usually charged for miles and gas. When hiring movers you are charged by the hour, and there are usually more than one mover. Depending on how far your new house is from your old house, it is typically cheaper to rent a moving truck, than to hire movers.
It already is out, you should probably already have it though. :)
Crowded apartments
Yes, if I understand your question. The grandmother didn't own the house, so she was a renter and if the daughter moves in she will be the renter. Therefore she can be charged rent.
No, you cannot be charged "rent" until you sign the lease and begin occupying the structure. Once you have signed the lease & have began occupying the unit, you will begin incurring rent.
