Certainly. You can be fired at any time for good reason or bad reason or no reason ... unless the firing is specified as prohibited by a statute.

Disability law prohibits large employers and all governments from firing employees BECAUSE they are slightly disabled. It does not prohibit firing employees who deserve it and ARE disabled. Disability does not prevent firing for misconduct, absenteeism, lack of skill, or inability to perform even one essentila job function.
