Yes it is. If you breach or break the agreement, you can be legally held liable before a court & the company or realtor you signed with could sue you for damages or penalties.
In most states if you accept an apartment, move in it, and pay the rent, it is an agreement to the acceptance of the terms and conditions on the lease, whether signed or not. If the landlord gives you the keys and accepts the rent, it is an agreement on his part of the terms and conditions, whether signed or not.
A prenuptial agreement is a contract signed before marriage specifying particular matters about the marriage or in preparation for the marriage to break up. It may specify how property is divided in a divorce, specify where the couple will live, or how much spousal support will be paid. In general they are used when one person in the marriage feels that they have assets that they wish to protect in the event that the marriage fails. It's a contract signed before a marriage, and it determines who will get what in case of an divorce. Withiout a prenuptial agreement a divorce settlement can go to the court instead, which can turn out nasty for the one of the spouses that had most money before they married.
You can't. If you signed then you have agreed to purchase the vehicle. Your only recourse is to talk to the seller and see if they will let you out of the deal. Offer to pay them to tear up the agreement.

A compromise
If both of you agreed upon the same terms and conditions, and signed the lease accordingly, then it is just as binding as one that would be furnished by an attorney, etc.
Sorry to tell you this, but it's in the fine print somewhere in that agreement/contract you signed.
Hi
Well try to compromise and ask him why he is trying to break you guys up.
In most cases, a guarantor cannot break a lease agreement on behalf of the tenant. The guarantor's responsibility is to ensure that the tenant fulfills their obligations under the lease, such as paying rent. If the tenant wants to break the lease, they typically need to do so themselves according to the terms of the lease agreement.
