Yes, in ALL states it is illegal to drive with an open beer or alcohol.
No you can't. You should not drink and drive.
drink beer, text, and fall asleep
No, I don't think you can because it is considered open alcohol. Cops don't want drivers anywhere near an open can of beer, so it is probably in your best interest to keep in closed and in the trunk.
If it's stuck open, yes you can. If it's stuck close, no you cannot drive the car.
Couple of questions: Is this an automated/drive thru car wash? Does this happen befor or after you open the door; define after? Couple of questions: Is this an automated/drive thru car wash? Most states have open container laws that state its a no no. You will not get the ticket the passenger will but you will be hasseled for searches and checks that you dont need. Where ever you are driving to, if the person with you can abstain for that amount of time, dont drive them in your car. What if you get in an accident and have to prove you werent drinking, if someone gets severely hurt. It is your car you make the rules...
You can't do that ANYWHERE in the US.
yes u can it is the law of Pennsylvania even if the beer is closed/open u can get charged n the minor can as well.......its also in the state of ct.
Yes, you can put an open beer in the fridge to keep it cold.
That depends. It is polite to open someone else's bottle of beer just before handing it to them. It is very rude to open someone else's beer and drink from it, whether or not you tell them that you did.
It is generally not safe to drink an open beer that has been left out overnight. Bacteria can grow in the beer, making it unsafe to consume. It is best to discard the beer and not drink it.
