I'm assuming that the stepdad is the one who abused you....are the court dates for the abuse? If you haven't already...you need to tell someone. As soon as you do that you will be taken out of that environment. In order to be emancipated you have to be able to fully support yourself financially. You have to able to live on your own. Since this is not likely.....if your household is not good for you....you can see about going to court to have guardianship taken away from your parents and given to grandparents or aunt and uncles.
