No state would allow a 14-year-old to get married without parental consent. Your parents are probably already upset enough that you got pregnant, making them even angrier by running off to get married might not be a good idea. Why? If you make them angry enough they might decide to report this man for statutory rape. In just about every state 14 is under the age of sexual consent, so this man committed a crime by having sex with you. Whether you willingly had sex with him or not makes no difference.
18
In the United States, 16 with your parents permission. And 17 and older without your parents permission.
Only if you can get a court order.

Noplace in North America will allow you to get married without parental permission if you are under 18.
If both of your parents give permission, you can get married. Without their permission you will have to wait until you are both 18.
Not unless you get a court order that will allow it.

In the USA, Canada, and Mexico you must be 18 to get married without your parents permission. In 2 states in the USA you have to be OLDER to get married without your parents consent.

Most states will allow it as young as 16. A few will allow it under special circumstances without permission.
