No.
Credit reporting cos are simply a private service for paid users and information providers to use to get both public and accumulated information about a person or a company.
Anyone telling you they can have your records at these private places erased, or whatever, is likely pulling a scam. Fact of life: You cannot change the past you created for or about yourself.
It is common belief that after seven years your debt gets wiped clean from your consumer credit report that is reported to all major credit agencies.
For it to be completely clean, yes, however, most people don't clean a gun to that degree.
If you leave the country your credit will not be wiped clean. The "black" marks will remain on your credit bureau for 7 years after the date of your last payment to the debt(acknoledgement of the debt) Different countries have their own credit bureau's ie. Canada, US. However it is possible for a creditor to transfer the bad debt onto the credit bureau of the country you reside. Running away will not fix your credit problems. The best option is to deal with your individual creditors and make arrangements.
How to clean up your credit report
it got completely wiped out by bombs
Seven to Ten years. Any bad marks on your credit history can and most likely will remain with you for 7 to 10 years before they are wiped off you record. This is why it is so very important to keep a clean credit history, pay all you bills on time, etc. One little late payment will mar your credit history for many years.
The statute of limitations applies here. An outstanding or bad credit on your rating will be wiped clean seven years after the last payment was made on that debt, whether is was paid off or not. http://money.howstuffworks.com/personal-finance/debt-management/credit-score.htm
