Depending on your state laws, perhaps, but you cannot hunt with a firearm.

A teacher in Texas can continue to teach with a class A as long as the misdemeanor is not one that is related to the duties of the education profession. If a teacher is convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that is related to the duties of the education profession they can also lose their license.
The answer is: It depends on the felony charge. The NYS DMV will not issue a Dealer License for an "endless" number of reasons, but as far as a criminal FELONY conviction goes: No license will be issued for; but not limited to all Class A, B and many C Felonies: Auto Larceny, Insurance Fraud, crimes related to illegal sales of car parts or dismantling parts. There are more reasons to deny a NYS Dealer's license that with certain felony convictions, excessive tickets resulting in Driver's license suspensions and or numerous registration suspensions (typically insurance related offenses)... The answer in short: depends on the felony conviction and or the other negative variables.
I'm sorry i don't know if i put that correctly. Anyways i went and bought my son his mentor hunting licence but he is 11 on that note though he hasn't took his hunting class yet. The store ended up printing him off a junior hunting license. What should i do?
I got my DNR license when i was 11 and took the Hunter Safety Class after that i got my real hunting license. Where i live you have to be 11 to be able to take the class and when you graduate the class you get a DNR number and when you go register that's the number on the back of your tag. If you already have a DNR number and have already taken the class than go and get your real license but you MUST TAKE THE CLASS you CAN NOT use your fathers or older brothers old license numbers that ILLEGAL!
Yes. Getting a CDL won't be a problem - it's finding employment with a felony record which is going to make things difficult for you.
Most likely not. The FAA does not generally allow someone to get an airman's certificate for substance related crimes. Other crimes are generally not an issue but drug and alcohol-related offenses ARE an issue.
