No, you cannot issue three shippers on one House Airway Bill (HAWB). Each HAWB is typically associated with a single shipper and a single consignee for a specific shipment. If multiple shippers are involved, separate HAWBs should be issued for each shipper to ensure proper documentation and compliance with shipping regulations.
The basic difference between Master AWB and House AWB is that Master AWB is issued by an airline whereas House AWB is issued by a Freight Forwarding Agent. In the top right column of the AWB, you can find the name of the airline or the freight forwarding agent who has issued the AWB. If an airline's name is mentioned in the top right column of the AWB then it is a Master Airway Bill otherwise it is a House Airway Bill.
MAWB (Master Airway bill) - shipments sent on a direct basis, not consolidated. HAWB (House Airway bill) - shipments sent on a consolidation basis whereby grouping together various clients consignments under one MAWB being issued by the freight forwarder.

A bill will go to a conference committee when both the Senate and the House disagree on the contents of the bill. A conference committee will then be created to resolve the issue.
Sam knew he would not have to return to Bill's house because he had successfully resolved the issue that had initially drawn him there. Additionally, he received confirmation from Bill that no further assistance was needed, allowing Sam to feel assured that his involvement was complete. This understanding gave him a sense of closure, indicating that his time at Bill's house was finished.
Any shipment requires a bill of lading. If the bill of lading states that it is shipper load and count, it means that it is the shippers responsiblity to make sure that the count is right on the BOL.
You can issue a master bill of lading; let's say you are the shipper on the MBL to your agent as the consignee. Then issue a house bill, but why would you issue a prepaid house bill since the agent would have to pay the charges at destination in order to received release of cargo on the master? If you issued the customer a Prepaid HBL he won't be able to take possession of the cargo until the freight charges are paid to the carrier by the agent. So issuing a Prepaid HBL doesn't make sense.Usually companies issue house bills in order to conceal their client's information from the carrier and also to be able to collect payment by customer before releasing freight by issuing originals or express HBL with a collect master. What are you trying to accomplish here?Email me at ceo@photographyhn.comnDisclaimer:The information contained in this answer is provided for informational purposes only, and should not be construed as legal advice on any subject matter.
