This is a tough question. If you are a ten year old male, then on average puberty will not begin for another three years. In this case you are not mature enough physically to ejaculate. If the female is small then a ten year old penis may be able to bring her to orgasm. However, it is not likely and she will almost definitely not want to have sex with a boy who is in fourth grade. Bad hygene, immaturity, pre-pubescent, and generally innocence will prevent her from being attracted. As well, it is not natural for one sexual partner to be pre-pubescent while the other is not.

If the girl is ten years old and the man is 18 then he will hurt her, possibly severely. She won't be thinking she's satisfied. She'll be thinking she was raped.
