I would think you can unless you are caught by the owner/lessor of the dumpster. I dont think a COP can ticket you or anything without the owners acknowledgement that he doesnt want you there. It may be trespassing so dont get crazy witha COP. Just tell him you work in the building as I did and that I got permisiion to use the dumpster. Hell probly let you go with a warning.
