California is currently the only state in the US that requires a paralegal to obtain a license. There are a few other states (about 7) that offer OPTIONAL certification. NJ is also currently looking at making paralegal licesing manditory.
There are several types of jobs that would require you to understand paralegal work. Any kind of legal aide or legal assistant will sometimes require the responsibilities of a paralegal. Additionally it is beneficial to understand the paralegal responsibilities if you are an attorney.
It depends on the state. In some states, where there are no licensing requirements to be a title agent/title agency, anyone can sell and effect title insurance without any special requirements or licensing. Other states require specific title licensing (like New Jersey), and an attorney must also have a title license in order to effect and sell title insurance. Additionally, states like MA require that in order to be a title agent, you must be also be an attorney. Check with your state's licensing requirements for specific details.
It depends on what kind of job you are looking for. Some jobs require licensing in different states, eg, lawyer, interior designer, architect. However, if the kind of job you are looking for does not require special licensing, then you can easily apply for a job in Colorado on the internet using websites such as craigslist.org, dice.com etc.
This varies from state to state. Several states have different classes of licensing for smaller (usually 50cc and under) bikes or don't require any special licensing for small motorcycles, mopeds and scooters. In most states, you need a specific motorcycle license to ride any street bike or scooter over 50cc. Check with your state DMV. Most DMV web sites have downloadable versions of their motorcycle handbooks containing all the licensing requirements.
No, all states require liability insurance for drivers. There are some states, however, which only require the bare minimum.
Any. Record has no effect on education. But it does have an effect on licensing. I would not get a degree that is going to require a license.
Is it the HCG drops or the injections? The drops are legal to sell anywhere in the country because they are a homeopathic and the FDA states that homeopathic do not require any special licensing. If they're the injections, I'd imagine you need a license.
Paralegal classes are available online. You don't need any previous training to take paralegal classes online, but you will be learning how you can assist a legal lawyer with his work. Once you complete the school, you can become a certified paralegal.
Yes there are. you can contact your local college to find out if they carry the paralegal certificaiton or contact a local laywer's office to see if they know of any.
No. You still require a relevant license, and should contact your local licensing authority if in any doubt.
Obviously it depends on the local laws where you live and the size of the trailer you are hauling. For a small 2 or 3 horse trailer being pulled by a regular truck (not a dually) most states do not require any special licensing or training, a regular driver licence is enough. Some states require special licences for bigger trailers that are pulled by dually's, etc.
If you are looking to become a paralegal, you cannot earn your degree for this occupation at any online college, you will have to enroll in a local school.
