O9nly if he has primary custody, or family is intact.
I don't know your situation, but you can do anything as long as both parties agree. What I mean by both parties is mother and father. If mother and father agree, and the 16 year old wants to live with her father for a year, then it is OK. If the parents do not agree, then a court hearing may be necessary to hear both sides and decide what is best for your daughter. Being that your daughter is 16, she will have some say in court as well.

He is the father and not to allow him his child would hurt the child. Take him to family court for the support.
Do you mean can she agree to emancipate you? Even if she's willing to agree to it, the court still has to approve it, which means that you would have to meet all of your state's requirements for emancipation, such as having the ability to fully support yourself.
No, Welfare will file, plus the father can file an order, as he should. see link
If there is a relative or someone close to the family supervising it has to be someone both parents agree on. Otherwise the court will choose one.
yes
If you live in the US.... Not unless her parents agree to allow it. A 17-year-old is a minor. Having a child does not emancipate a minor. The minor mother is subject to the control and authority of her own parents until she turns 18.
No you would say "My father and mother ARE walking"
Yes that is totally legal as long as u both agree
That means until you turn 18, you are the responsibility of your parents. And they can tell you what to do and where to live. You can't make the decision to emancipate yourself. But - if your parents agree to legally emancipate you, it can be done in court before a judge.
go to the court and have a hearing on it but the father of the child has to agree on it too. Other wise it can not happen.. i just went through that myself>>>
