You are not required by law to mention your children in your will, or anyone else for that matter.

However, because the children are statutory heirs who would inherit portions of the estate if you died intestate, mentioning in the will that you are leaving them nothing may make it harder for them to successfully contest the will.

What are the dangers of ignoring a child?

Ignoring children can cause dangerous psychological problems, not to mention the physical dangers of leaving a child alone. Children without guidance often are not able to connect socially later on in life and sometimes obtain learning disabilities. Children also do not yet have sound judgement, so they will unintentionally get hurt or even killed if not under adult supervision.

How many children did john 1 have?

I am doing a research paper on John Clare. After going through many sources, I have not seen any with the mention of children, except one. I do not believe that he had children, partly because he was in the asylum for so many years. For my research paper I will not mention that he had any. Even though I am not 100% positive. If you find anything else out, just let me know. Thanks :)

Why women are the poorest group within the US?

In one word, children. Women's desire to have children is an all consuming part of their life. Once they have children then their children become more important than career advancement. Of course children born out of wedlock and children from divorced parents tend to stay with the mother leaving her with even less time to focus on career advancement.
