Everything should be stated in the tenancy agreement. I've seen some where the landlord has access to the garden shed but the tenant doesn't! If they do not have "excluding shed" on the tenancy they are part of your property! However landlords do have the right to ask for the keys if the shed is in poor state of repair and they want to fix it, I would not imagine you HAVE to provide them with one. Same can be said for any locked drawers or internal cupboards in the house? (apart from maybe a meter reading cupboard!)

Can your landlord keep their belongings in the property you are renting its been 3 months and our landlords belongings are still here she wants to put a shed up in the back garden?

No, not if the lease says you are renting the entire property. If the lease says you are renting only the house, for example, not the land where she want to build a shed, then she may be within her rights. If it says something brought like "the property 123 Main St.", then that includes all the land so it is yours to use, not hers. I suggest you look at it from her point of view - she needs a place for her stuff. Tell her that you have leased the entire property but if she needs some of it "back", then you can modify the lease (in writing) for a reduction in rent.

Would you own a shed if it has been on your property for 19 years even though the owner has paper work on it and decided to put the shed on your property?

You need to consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction who can review the situation and explain your rights and options under your state laws. This may be a complicated situation. Your neighbor built his shed on your property. If you had insisted that it be removed and he refused then it would become your property. However, if you said nothing and he openly used your land to build a shed, he may have acquired rights in your property. You should discuss the situation with an attorney ASAP.You need to consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction who can review the situation and explain your rights and options under your state laws. Check with your town, township, or borough. Some municipalites require a permit to have a shed installed.

Your neighbor has had a shed on your property for over 7 years does he have legal right to that property you just found out where the property lines are?

Maybe. Under certain circumstances, your neighbor could claim adverse possession, and own the shed and the land around the shed. However, 7 years is too short to establish adverse possession in most states. Do not delay in speaking with a real estate attorney to discuss your particular situation.
