If the Gross Combination Weight Rating (the combined Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of the truck and of the trailer) is in excess of 26,000 lbs. then yes. For a 3/4 car hauler, the trailer will probably have a GVWR of at least 20,000 lbs. Combine that with the GVWR of an F450, and you're well over 26k GCWR.
