Does Islam allow marrying the daughter of a cousin?

Muslims believe that God honored mankind, over all other creatures, by marriage per religion and according to religion commands. That is why Muslims believe that any sex (whether oral or intercourse sex) is forbidden and is sinful if practiced outside religious marriage. God says in Quran, Muslims holy book:
