All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition. ANY state can legally extradite you for ANY charge. The question is, WILL THEY? It is totally dependant on what the charge is, and how badly they want you returned - AND, is it worth the time and expense for them to do it. That is a question no one can answer
Almost never, you're fine!
If West Virginia agrees.
Unlikely for a minor traffic violation but a major crime would be a different matter.
The decision to extradite is normally made on a case by case basis. If it's felony bad check it will likely he handled differently from a felony assault.
They can extradite you from just about anywhere if they want to. The problem is funding. Depending upon the bail amount and the severity of the charges...they may or may not decide to. It just depends on that particular county in West VA and whether or not they decide they want their suspect bad enough. Extradition cases are costly so often times they choose not to extradite in my experience. But every case is different of course.
Yes.
West Virginia is North-West of Virgina. They are adjoining states; West Virginia was once part of Virginia.
West Virginia
West Virginia has three different state songs. They are "The West Virginia Hills," "West Virginia, My Home Sweet Home," and "This is My West Virginia."
virginia. think about it... west virginia is called west virginia because it's west of virginia. :/
The states of Virginia and West Virginia are still that: the separate states of Virginia and West Virginia.
It is actually considered to be north-northwest (NNW)
