Absolutely not. Agency operatives are instructed NEVER to reveal their connection with the Agency under such minor day-to-day circumstances. Agency employees hardly ever reveal who their true employer is and normally just refer to working for some other massive federal agency bureaucracy such as the State Department, Dept of Agriculture, etc, etc. ALSO: Employees of the federal government, regardless of WHO they work for do not, can not, exercise authority (or power) over local, county or state law enforcement under ANY circumstance.
thats most of the part true, offiicially, they only have international jurisdiction within other countries, and are not aloud to operate in the u.s. HOWEVER, it been proven that they operate inside the states all the time. if they get pulled over, and there on a critical mission on a limited time span, they may be forced to take action. whether that be speeding off, capturing the officer and taking him to his workplace for interrogation, or simply telling him that he has no time for this.
Red, there's something about it that just gets pulled over :-)
RedThere is no evidence that red cars get pulled over more than any other.check snopes below.
Absolutely. The agent should insist on it. You only have legal authority over your own share. You cannot sign any contract to sell the whole property unless all the other owners have executed a Power of Attorney naming you as their agent with authority to do any acts necessary to sell the property.Absolutely. Not in the United States. If the truck gets pulled over by the cops--trucks can be pulled over and inspected for any or no reason--the first thing the cop will ask for is the bill of lading. If it's in Spanish, the cop can't read it.
you get a major ticket and your bike gets impounded. but if your a good rider cops are respectful to motorcyclists
The driver's.
You are less likely to get pulled over when it is on the passenger side, but you can still get pulled over for it.
If you get pulled over but do not receive a ticket, it means that the police officer decided not to issue you a citation for the violation they pulled you over for.
GEICO Insurance runs a commercial where Maxwell the pig gets pulled over by a cop. He is handed a ticket by the cop.
