No. A felony from any state remains on your record for life.
I doubt it. They do fingerprints and the felony will come up.
yes it does
That is a felony so it doesn't come off the record.

He probably has to check in with his probation/ parole officer.
If the evidence is present, there is no end to the crimes they can charge you with. The only exception would probably be the exact crime/circumstance that you have once been acquitted of at a trial.
Any charge, misdemeanor or felony, committed after you are 18 stays on your record forever, unless it later expunged, in which case it is no longer visible on your PUBLIC record, but law enforcement agencies can always access it. UNLESS a conviction is overturned and you are later found to be innocent.
A felony is different from state to state and in some instances from jurisdiction of the courts. The public often thinks a crime is a felony when in reality it is not. If you are looking for a specific answer, your best bet is to contact your local authority and ask them. Or you can give a more specific question here and see what you come up with.
Short answer: Yes. Will the State wish to spend the money required to get you from Washington back to Arkansas, that would depend on what you are on probation for? If you are on parole for a violent crime they will come get you. If you are on parole for a minor drug charge they probably would not come get you.
Depends on the state, but they probably don't come off of your record.
