I doubt it. When your company or probation officer or whoever does a drug test they are looking for controlled substances and/or illegal drug activity. Most urine tests look for Opium type chemicals, Amphetamine, benzo(like xanex and valium) and Marijuana. A substance you can easily buy at GNC isn't going to have any chemicals in it that are illegal.
I can't vouch for lab testing, but I have seen a false positive for amphetamine when using a ABMC "incup" rapid drug screen. If this is the type of screen you will be using beware!
It is loaded with B2 (riboflavin), Creatine Monohydrate and other good stuff to help pass a marajuana drug test without obvious dilution...I have tried it and it works.

You don't; that's the whole reason for the drug screen.
Diabetes alone will not cause a positive drug screen.
Prenatal vitamins will not cause a positive drug screen.
Ultram is Tramadol & does not show up on a drug screen because it is not an opiate.
Yes, a drug screen will be positive for amphetamines!
