gauridutt had lost his nephew ahd send his servant in search of the missing boy.after his servant had left he distributed the hand billssaying that i have lost my nephew whosoever finds him will be entitled to reward.Lalmanshukla had found the missing boy and wanted reward from his master.Held,he could not recover as offer was not communicated to him.
