first of all if a parent has issues from the past and they are dwelling on them then they cannot help their children unless they get help for them selves first. to many parents use their past to try to protect their children but instead what it is doing is hurting them instead i have seen this over and over again. no one searches into the parent issues alls everyone dose is listens to what the parent has to say about their child/children and then there is a sympathy act going on and eveyone wants to teach the parents how to raise their kids. Why don't people leave the kids alone and start working on the parents issue instead 90% of them are the ones who has the problem not the kids. I run a fatherhood coalition and have done more research than anyone else in this country so what ever anyone else is saying is probably not that accurate it is the parents who have the problems and the kids pay for it.

Report it as soon as possible. This is very important and can change your child's life.
Parents affect the life of a child the most. The parents affect a child by the way they treat them, love them, and how they spend their time with them. Children look to their parents before anyone else.
If you are an underage parent that lives with your parents they have a say in your life as it affects your child. They do not have a say over your child directly.
Yes, you can. Until the age of 18 it is the parents choice to change or not to change.

Death of a child
For a parent to see their child who has a terminal illness it is devastating and the parents will do everything in their power to keep their child alive with the hope they will find a cure for the illness or, if the child is in a coma that the child will come out of the coma (and a few do.) It stands to reason that parents never think that they will deny life-sustaining treatment to their children. Some parents will finally have to face the truth that to sustain life is unfair to the child they love. It is a harsh reality to say goodbye to especially a child because they have had a very little bit of life on this earth.
