His name is William Jackson(1143822). He is at Keen Mountain Correctional; 3402 Kennel Gap Rd.; Oakwood, VA 24631. Please help me with this matter. He needs to be sent to another facility, please, I am his mother. He told me that I was sexually assaulted & that he had got charges for something that they did not have a hearing on. They gave him another charge. Then the phone was disconnected. Please move my son! I can be reached from 12-2 Mon-Friday & anytime Sat-Sun. He told me this on 2/14/2022 at 5 PM.

After I spoke to Ms. Barbetto, then William told me that one of the officers who woke him up said they would press charges on him. That is retaliation. That sounds like the officers need training on how to handle these cases. I have been trying to get the prison for four days. My phone might be blocked. The PREA told me to call Keen Mountain Correctional Center & make a complaint. I called for 4 days and it will go straight to voice mail. I left messages and know responses. I have left a message for the warden secretary's voice mail. No responses. The number that I called was 276-498-7411. Do you have a number for me to call the facility? I was told by a program that I need to inform the facility. I have been trying to do that. How long will this take?

William hasn't received any of his things from the transfer to that prison. He caught COVID when they put him in a cell with others that had COVID 2 days later. He did not take a bath for 13 days. He called me on the 4th day and has not taken a bath. I received an email from one of the inmates informing me of that. Every time he has asked for the form, they tell him there is a form. What should he or I do?

On 2/26/22 William told me that this happened on Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday on 1/17/2022. They call William King.

She is an extremely exceptional politician but what it comes down to is that she is a women of color and a major part of Americans are just afraid she may be president. I would like to suggest that in addition to Black Lives Matter that we begin a campaign that states "Dump Trump". I think that would be an excellent approach to an impossible idiot.

I would appreciate a response just to know you got this message.
