Ask his attorney.
Whenever you receive a Failure to Appear in the state of North Carolina, a warrant is issued by the court for your arrest so that you may be tried for the offense, and failing to appear for a mandatory court date. I believe that the amount of time that you will spend in jail is three days
Quite a few times .Both before his boxing days and even after it.

When you ask the right someone. And no, there's no way to know who that someone is until you ask a bunch of wrong someones. So get to asking!
A notice will be sent to you with time and date.
don't know until his court date in December
in most states if someone posts a bond and someone jumps you could lose your bond money as far as I know
It means failure to appear in court. The person either missed court or did not know they had a court date. FTA means the person failed appear in court so theyrearrest that person who the rearrest was for. (Most of the time they had been arrested before and the rearrest means they missed the court date for a hearing for the first time they went to jail.) They also don't give bail a lot of the time when it's a FTA charge. They meet in front of the judge and get bail set or no bail and set free.
no
Normally you won't. They would have been transported directly and immediately to court. After appearing before the judge - if the judge ordered them to jail, THEN, they would be transported to jail and booked. When that happens, you can find out from the jail what, specifically, they were charged with.
