Legally you can not marry anyone at the age of 15 but if your parents are willing to emancipate you then you will be concidered an adult and be able to marry.

I'm assuming that your parents would not be willing to emancipate you, because if that were the case, then they would probably give consent for the marriage. There are a few states that will allow a 15-year-old to marry with parental consent, although most of them require court approval as well. In regard to emancipation--please be aware that not every state has emancipation laws. In the ones that do, generally speaking, you have to be 16 in order to petition the court for an order of emancipation. It's not an easy thing to get, especially if your parents object. You will have to prove, among other things, that *you* are capable of completely supporting yourself. That means of support can not come from your boyfriend or public assistance. You will also have to prove that it's really in your best interest to be emancipated. Just because you don't get along with your parents is not going to be reason enough. There has to be a valid reason.
