That is your past and it should remain in your past, your looking for a job to improve yourself and succeed not to say yes I have expirence in stealing, doing drugs, or hurting people.

This line stating if someone has a rap sheet should be abolish and look on the person who you are now.

Not unless it specifically asks that. Most job applications that ask about criminal record usually only ask about felony convictions.

Can you get a CDl in wi with a drug felony?

You can get a CDL. But no company is going to hire you with that on your record. While it is possible for someone with a felony to get a CDL job (albeit difficult), drug convictions and violence convictions make you untouchable.

Can you get a job with any state if you have a felony on your record?

Sorry to tell you this, but while there are undoubtedly many jobs under state government employment for which you might quailfy, you may not be able to ever get a job in which any kind of "trust" is involved. Most state job requierments specify no convictions, and especially no FELONY convictions. Even if you have the offense expunged - so-called expunged records are available for checking by government agencies doing background checks.
