And when she gets the money I would think she would have to sign a receipt. When in court she would have to show these papers. The child support is usually based on the income so cash or not there should be no difference.
Don't do that. Pay your child support through either the courts or the State disbursement unit. DO NOT give any money or anything else to the obligee unless you want it to be considered a gift.

But, the judge will almost assuredly issue an order of garnishment or seizure of the non custodial parent's assests including bank accounts, vehicles, real property.
