The best way to go about it is to go to his web site and find his contact information. Then write a brief, one page letter explaining the reason you are seeking his help. I'm sure his organization doesn't just ignore correspondence but you may get back a letter telling you that he doesn't do that sort of thing, or a suggestion as to where you would go for help. I doubt that he will personally discuss this you - at least and unless you are able to provide him with some very compelling evidence of corruption and murder. You want to take on "the man" and nobody takes that kind of thing lightly, or jumps to quickly to make accusations. But it never hurts to try. All you can do is ask and accept his answer. Good luck.

Can india abolish corruption?

India can certainly pass laws against corruption if it wants to. Enforcing those laws would be much harder, but that too can be done if there is sufficient political will. We can safely predict that there will always be some corruption, just as there will always be some murders, even though murder is illegal and society tries very hard to discourage people from committing murder. But with sufficient effort at law enforcement, corruption can be tremendously reduced. In India, corruption is a normal and expected part of doing business with the government. It would be possible to make corruption rare, rather than normal, although that would take an enormous effort.

Equatorial Guinea's high murder rate can be attributed to a combination of factors, including political instability, widespread corruption, and a lack of effective law enforcement. The country's authoritarian regime suppresses dissent, leading to social unrest and violence. Additionally, economic disparities and inadequate access to education and healthcare contribute to a culture of crime and desperation. These elements create an environment where violence can flourish, resulting in elevated murder rates.
