I'm sorry but the court will not revert the adoption. You can try and I suggest you consult a lawyer on this but this is extremely rare if it even happens. Even if he lose custody and they terminate his rights they will not go back to you. The court will not think it is in the child's best interest to be with someone who once gave them up. But you should consult a lawyer to see if there is any chance.
