First you find a few friends and convice them to join your crew and u can represent it by wearing a specific kind of clothing. Then u find a hangout and go there. If you want protection u could by air softs or not. and if you want more recruits then find some kid's and make friends and convince them to join or just find more friends and if u want business money then just start a lemonade stand and make money and give each person 2 dollars but if u don't want to start a business then don't. For me it took me 5 days to make 17 recruits and I'll make more and if some of ur crew are doing good then promote them. And don't forget to give ur self a good crew name
