invernar/pasar el invierno = to winter, spend the winter, hibernate 'winterized' would thus be 'invernado' (past participle) inverne/invernaste//inverno//invernamos/invernasteis//invernaron = (I/you(informal singular)//he/she/you (formal singular)//we/you(informal plural)//they/you(formal plural) winterized (preterite tense)

You would winterize it every year--draining the pipes, cleaning, clearing brush and whatever else you do to close up the home for a period of time so that it is undamaged upon your return.
i dont know what you mean by "PA", but the winterized t51b Does degrade, i heard from fallout.wikia.com (use this site for any Fallout Qs) that the developers messed up and gave the armor the HP of the simulation version so it has like 1mil health.

if it is a inboard/outboard have the water pump checked in the outdrive unit/ ps hope you winterized it right/ also make sure engine water pump belt is on need more info on your boat to help
no, but highly advisible. the proper cover will seal the water from outside contaminants. if the pool was properly treated(chemically) in fall. then it should look as it did when winterized in the spring.
