Knowingly opening someone else's mail is a federal offence, and subject to possible prison time as mandated by federal law. The amount of time may be dependent on a number of issues to include, first time offence, the severity of the crime, cause of hardship caused to others, prior record, etc.
Yes, federal law interprets that as "intercepting" mail - it is in violation.
only if it is yours.... but if it is someones elses then theyr gonna put u in a lectric chair
If you're using someone elses e-mail adress for playing games online then I would say yes I would say that is illegal, but if you use your own e-mail adress to play games online that that wouldn't be a problem.
Yes, as long as it isn't stolen mail. No, it is illegal, even to place a flyer on the flag. The mailbox is US Government property.
Better not be...
Yes Yes

NO, you really shouldn't touch ANYones mail as that is considered a federal crime and the postal service can put you in jail for tampering with someone elses mail, even though it may go to your home. place it back in the box and notify the postal service that it is there for pickup. Laws are always changing and Federal Laws are to be taken seriously. I really don't think jail time would be worth the need to tamper with anyones mail. there is an online link for reporting issues like that, please view it. http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MLNtRcvd.aspx

I would say no, I'm pretty sure that you have to have their permission.
