Refer to the Incontestable Clause in your life insurance policy. The Incontestable Clause states that after the policy is In Force two years, the company cannot void it because of misrepresentation or concealment by the insured in obtaining the policy.
Virtually no insurance company offers a loan against a paid up policy - they thoughts are if you cant keep premiums up then you wont be able to keep loan payments up.
they cant force you to do nothing but it may be required for the job.
Typically, once a life insurance policy has been in force for two years, it enters a period known as the contestability period. During this time, the insurance company can question the validity of the policy or any claims made. After this period, the policy is considered incontestable, meaning the insurance company cannot dispute its validity based on misrepresentation or other factors.
Take a look at the policy or if you paid by credit card, debit card or cheque have a look at your bank statements.
An Insurance company cant commit suicide. So, I am not sure what you are trying to ask here. If you are asking about, what would happen if the insurance policy holder commits suicide? In that case too, nothing will happen. The insurance company will not pay any money to the deceased persons family. Insurance claims can be made only if death occurs by accident or natural causes. Not suicide.
That is the whole idea to co-signing. Another party to collect from if the debtor doesnt/cant pay. You are the insurance policy that the loan will get repaid. AND neither the lender nor the debtor has to pay for that insurance.
and why????
IT CANT
If should be sufficient to tell the Police that you have a policy which allows you to drive other cars and give them the name of the company, they can then advise you to produce your documents within a certain lenght of time or they can ring the insurance company and confirm the details on the spot. . If the police havent been called then just get the other persons details and give them yours and tell them youll ring them later on with the details of your policy! If you dont have insurance to drive the other persons car then any accident caused by you will effect their insurance and may mean that they cant claim for the damage to their own car as they let an uninsured driver drive it! If they say they didnt give you permission to drive then you will have to be prosecuted for theft before they can claim for their damage!! Hope this helps!
