The BSA does not keep that statistic so I doubt anyone will be able to give you a definitive answer. Minorities are underrepresented in scouting (an issue that scouting is actively seeking to change) with about 11% of scouts estimated to be black or Hispanic, compared to 28% of the US population.
If we make some rather questionable assumptions and assume that half of the 11% are black (nationally 13% of the US population is black and 15% are Hispanic) and that black scouts are as likely to become Eagles as anyone else that would come out to about 5% of the about 50,000 Eagles in 2011 being black (about 2500).
The above calculations are already questionable enough. They could not be generalized to the total number as blacks were not admitted to the BSA for much of its early history.
No, but many have been Scouts.
181 NASA astronauts were involved in Scouting, and 39 are Eagle Scouts
The BSA has not released any data on Eagle Scouts by age.
About 10.
About 2% of scouts make Eagle Scout
Eagle scouts can be anything they want to be or can have any talent they want. -- There are a lot of former scouts who are singers, but doesn't look like Eagle Scouts. The links have lists of famous scouts who became singers.
That number is unknown as it takes place in the future. Statistically, 2% of all boy scouts will achieve the rank of Eagle. It is not very many.
While specific statistics on the number of Eagle Scouts who have been sent to jail are not readily available, there have been individual cases of Eagle Scouts facing legal issues. The Eagle Scout rank is a prestigious achievement within the Boy Scouts of America, but like any group, some members may encounter legal troubles. Overall, such incidents are relatively rare and do not reflect the majority of Eagle Scouts, who uphold the values of the organization.
One Neil Armstrong, he was a eagle scout.

As of now, four Eagle Scouts have received the Medal of Honor. These individuals are recognized for their extraordinary acts of bravery and heroism in military service. The Eagle Scout rank is a significant achievement in the Boy Scouts of America, and these honorees exemplify the values instilled in scouting.
The BSA has not released detailed statistics on Eagle Scouts by age, race, ethnicity or religion.
