The people who elect the president make up the Electoral College and are called electors.

Each state has the same number of electors as it has senators and representatives (there are two senators from each state, but the number of representatives depends on the population of the state in the most recent census). The District of Columbia, isn't a state, but it has three electors.

The left column in the link provided shows the number of electors by state for many states. I don't know why it doesn't show them all.
