How many gangs are there on Fallout 3?

Gangs on Fallout 3?Gangs? The only gang mentioned in the game is the Tunnel Snakes that you encounter briefly in vault 101. The raiders don't have particular factions they just appear in certain locations to hinder your progress. The Talon Corp Mercenaries are just hired thugs who appear throughout the D.C. Ruins or until somebody puts a hit out on you The slavers at Paradise Falls might be considered a gang but, the game doesn't go into those kinds of specifics with them and the Brotherhood of Steel are more of an organization the same for the enclave. So, no gangs, just groups.

Lots, they spawn randomly as you play the game, The Talon gangs are the hardest to defeat.

There's also the Family who IS a gang.

when you go back to vault 101 butch says that if you help himm get out hes going to make a new gang but im not so sure if that counts as one
