Reports are not reporting serial killers in Indiana but a serial killer thought to be working areas around Kentucky and Illinois, Some invenstigators are stating the killer could be from Indiana which is a middle point to the murders locations.

There are more serial killers on the loose that the authorities think. A serial killer could be you neighboor, your co worker or your husband.

The case of Herb Baumeister is interesting. Baumeister was living the good life with a wife and children and a million dollar house. Then he began prowling gay bars where he would pick up men with the promise of a hot tub and sex which included erotic asphyxia. The first victim was most likely an accident. Baumeister fled to Canada when law enforcement found the remains of 11 bodies buried at his Westfield, IN property. He made it as far as Ontario where the law finally caught up with him. He shot himself before he could be arrested. Although only 11 bodies were recovered it is believed he killed in excess of 20.
