It can be requested. Depending upon circumstances (your record - what kind of weapon was used - did any injury result - etc - etc) it MAY be granted. The trick might be in finding a bailbondsman to put up your bond.

Armed robbery with a bb gun would be the same charge as armed robbery with any other firearm. You will not get off on a lesser charge.

Normally about 7 years
you can get upwards to twenty-five (25) years in jail ...
oh wow if its armed robbery, your looking at 5 up to 20 years but if its without a weapon like a butter knife maybe 5 to 10
It depends on many factors, the state, county, dollar value, judge, DA, priors etc.Added: EIGHT counts of ARMED ROBBERY! That amounts to eight felony charges for committing crimes of violence while armed. Taking into account the first answer, you are looking at some SERIOUS prison time.
You will have to ask an attorney. The 'value' has to do with what, if any, injury you received. Do remember that a lot of 'injury' can be mental and emotional.
C.W. Moss spent 17 years in prison for armed robbery in the 2008 film "Lawless."
You get more time in prison for using a gun while committing a robbery. Authorities figure that anybody who's stupid enough to rob a bank without a gun deserves a break.
