If you have been ordered by a judge to community service as a condition of probation or a suspended sentence your probation can be violated by your probation officer. In turn if you do not do your community service you are looking at jail time.In most cases you can do 30 days in your county jail but can get as little as 10 days or more time to do community service/pay fines depends on your record and if they hade to bring you to court by local p.d.
None she has never helped with community work because she never had to go to jail
It should be acceptable. I only say should because some Troops may interpret the rules a little differently. When in doubt ask one of your youth or adult leaders, preferably the one you will be asking to sign you off. As a Youth Protection issue, some Troops may require SM approval before doing community service. If the tutoring was for another Scout on Scout advancement that would probably not be considered community service (it is serving Scouts). Finally, keep in mind that you should be doing a "good turn daily" which means you should be doing much more community service than you will ever get signed off on.
2 Months , or 5000 Hours community servicee
Your looking at anywhere from 5- 10 years probation and up to 1000 hours of community service for a first time offender, also considering other circumstances. If your a repeat offender or have a previous record; depending on circumstances, 2-20 years jail time/incarceration, anywhere from a $10,000-$20,000 fine and an additional amount of community service or anger management sentenced by judge and or courts.
The jail time for theft differs in each state and county. In most cases, first time offenders will not receive jail time. they will be fined and may have community service. Multiple offenses is a felony and will more than likely have jail time of 6 months to 1 year.
Depends on where you live, how old you are, and if its your first offense. If you are under 17 usually if its your first offense you will get a amount of community service which depends on how much graffiti you did. But when you are over 17 or in some cases under it is a felony and you can face jail time, and lots of of it if your convicted. A graffiti writer from where iam from is facing up to 4 years for each of his 16 counts of vandalism. But anyway yea you can either get off easy or really get screwed so watch out.
Second degree burglary in Florida has jail time from 1 to 3 years with up to $10,000 fine. An offender can also receive community service, parole and probation. Of course the sentence depends on whether or not the burglary is considered as a misdemeanor or a felony.
It would depend on the crime, the jurisdiction, and the additional circumstances during the crime.
Cops do it all the time, so not much. Doing cocaine will land you in jail however.
your pretty much screwed. there is a big possibility that you will do some time.
Depends how much you are over the limit, under 30lbs you might get away with just a heavy fine. Normally though, anything above that though you would face above a year in jail or suspended sentence with a community service/fishing curfew. However for both you will be permanently banned from fishing. Minecraftguy XD
Penalties for filing a false report vary depending on the jurisdiction and severity of the offense. In general, it can result in fines, community service, probation, or jail time ranging from a few months to several years. Offenders may also be required to reimburse the costs incurred by law enforcement in responding to the false report.
