Minimum of 5 years and up to 40 years.
Ecstasy is a schedule 1 narcotic. Possession = jail time.
3 pills is considered manslaughter, so your looking at a hefty sentence.
In Massachusetts, the possession of seven ecstasy pills (MDMA) can lead to serious legal consequences. Possession of a Class B substance, like ecstasy, can result in up to 5 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $25,000. However, actual sentences can vary based on factors such as prior criminal history and whether the case is treated as a misdemeanor or felony. It's advisable to consult a legal professional for specific cases.
